What is missing is the "private" part of the agreement that is under NDA. There is more to this story and it was more important for #Putin to look like he got what he needed than for #Prigozhin. We will see if some of the private stuff will be revealed eventually, since #Prigozhin was not very good keeping things to himself lately.

The main negotiator was Aleksey Dyumin (Governor of Tula Oblast and and most likely the new Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation).
