Forecast has been shifting since I started planning. At first it was rain Sunday afternoon into early Monday. Now it starts late Sunday and rains all day Monday with scattered thunderstorms. Hopefully I can escape mountains without thunderstorms.
Normally storms travel from W/NW to E/SE, but on this trip they seem to be following me in the opposite direction. 🤔

We're nearing a complete #freeze over of #LakeChamplain - a rare occurrence in recent years. #WCAX recently reported that the lake regularly froze solid in winters into the 1940s.
