I don't even need to read the report for this one. Voter turnout in NYC is abysmal, this is a hard "YES". But for the fiscal watchdogs amongst you: "In New York City, an estimate by the Independent Budget Office suggests that the savings would total approximately $42 million every two years." [page 14]

I voted to re-elect Julie Won for City Council, and I voted yes on both ballot questions (increase the ability of governments to borrow for schools and sanitation)! #VoteNYC

A peak out the office window on this #ElectionDay for a reminder of my love for this city. Struggled with some dread today, but the Empire State is shining a little light in that darkness.
