@futurebird Oregon has had a vote by mail system since 2000 so voting is easy for most. Ballots are mailed to all registered voters automatically. A voters' pamphlet with candidates & ballot measures is sent before ballots.

Completed ballots are returned at drop boxes (encouraged this year) or by mail. You can track your ballot to confirm it was received.

It's *possible* to vote in person if you need to or want to but hardly anyone does.

Arizona's early ballot request deadline is October 23, and early voting runs October 17 to 30. More than three quarters of Arizonans vote by mail.

Check registration and Active Early Voter List status, and sign up for ballot status alerts at Trackmyballot.azsos.gov so there is time to fix a problem. A meme going round says to put a stamp on a mail ballot. That is wrong. Ballots are already first class mail.
