Oops, the table has an error -- they forgot to label Oregon as an all-mail voting state.

Here's the note they added for all the other all-mail voting states:

I don't know if that one-third includes folks who got a ballot in the mail but took the completed ballot to a drop box. That's my usual practice.

Returned ballots in San Francisco are looking up from one week ago. About 10% of ballots have already been returned and accepted.

It's better to return your ballot sooner rather than later! Then, if there's a problem, you'll have plenty of time to fix it.

Some ballots are coming in with problems that could keep them from being counted.

If you don't sign your ballot return envelope or if the signature doesn't match the one in your voter record, the Department of Elections will try to contact you to fix the problem.
