Slightly baffled that now I actually _am_ by the stage where #VooVoo’s gonna throw a gig in 15 minutes or so. The first train was late but thankfully the second one was too, so there was no need to invent some new travel plans on the fly.
Gee, this #OlsztynGreenFestival thingie is a much bigger event than I expected. I thought this would be just a couple of bands playing on the beach.
Weeelll… ”partially right”, as they say.

In more positive news, I managed to get a flat for a night in Olsztyn during the Green Festival there. Gonna see Voo Voo in mid-August!

For the uninitiated, #VooVoo is the legendary #Polish #newwave / #postpunk band from the eighties that's still around, and still releasing excellent records. Along their journey they've incorporated #jazz, #funk, #folk even #afrobeat influences in their music.
And they just released a new album! Warmly recommended:

Wasting my workday trying to figure out, how to see #VooVoo while in #Lodz, #Poland in August on my vacation.
Theoretically possible, since they're gonna play at the #Olsztyn Green #Festival:
