Come on out & #volunteer for fun #signmaking at #WellandCommunityOrchard with me & others!
There's 2 days for new signs making work to be done. I'll be there on both days 😊
Monday, July 21st, 10am-12pm.
Sunday, July 27th, 1pm-3pm.
Join in as we start on a new project of creating some beautiful and engaging #signage in the orchard. Together we will be working on sanding, painting and varnishing wooden signs to label each fruit tree in the orchard! Artistic skills are welcome but not required.
You can register for all volunteer shifts on the Gleaning Hub:

The Monday sign making #workparty is followed with an afternoon orchard work party - we need help with pruning fruit trees, weeding & general orchard care duties.

We offer you unique insights into the organisation of an international film festival: from looking after guests, being part of the social media team, tearing down tickets or simply helping out, we have a wide range of tasks and plenty of time in between to watch a great ocean film.
Write to us here via the message function or simply come to the team meeting on 6 March at 18.00 in the Hansa48.

My goal has always been to have a community of citizen fact-checkers helping to accumulate claims on controversial topics, and evidence for and against them. As well as populating the #WhoSaidIt pages, about people and groups who regularly make public statements about topics we're covering. Once such a community exists it will be worth community-hosting the project.
