Für mich ist #Volterra bei jeder Reise in die #Toskana eine geliebte Routine: aus allen Zeiten der europäischen #Kulturgeschichte gibt es in dieser Stadt etwas zu sehen. Ausgrabungen aus vorchristlicher Zeit ganz oben im Zentrum, das römische Theater, und die typischen mittelalterlichen Gassen in der gesamten Altstadt. Für #Wohnmobile gibt es geeignete Parkplätze in zu Fuß Entfernung (steile Treppen führen rauf ins Zentrum).

Abbiamo perso un amico e un compagno. Ci mancano le parole in questo momento, e poche righe non basterebbero a ripercorrere decenni di militanza anarchica, sindacale di base e anarcosindacalista.

@runjaj mi primera exposición a esas ecuaciones fue con el ZX Spectrum, cuando tenía 10 tiernos añitos.

Now that I have two Microsoft #Volterra devices, I can finally work on functional KVM-accelerated #Proxmox on #sc8280xp 🎉 !

One device currently simple serves as test device on my desk and the second one as production device handling my AArch64 builds in CI.

SLBounce works well so far, it's only a bit tricky to make the Proxmox Port properly boot since Proxmox currently relies on a bit too old Kernel builds - also as of now simply requires more automation of the boot process.

Damn my experience with #WSL2 on my #Surface Pro X SQ2 sucks... It hangs and hangs and hangs... How does this thing work on #Windows #DevKit (aka #Volterra)? #arm64

Wäre schön, wenn man in wenigen Jahren #x86 begraben könnte. #ARM PCs sind nicht nur kleiner, sondern verbrauchen auch weniger Strom, erzeugen damit weniger Wärme und sind leiser, sie haben weniger Verschleißteile und gehen damit nicht so schnell kaputt. Ebenso bekommt man mehr Leistung für weniger Geld.

Wenn das nicht gut für den Geldbeutel und für das Klima ist, dann weiß ich auch nicht.
