First task: I bought this short mount to use a 135mm Hektor on a #Visoflex for my #Leica yesterday. £29 got me something with congealed grease and a misaligned focusing scale. Some bike degreaser, cotton buds, and small precision screwdrivers got me a fully working and smooth focusing helical. Top job.
