At the gate for my flight to San Francisco already 🙌🏻 Way too early because Munich is a nice airport, but now I‘ve time for a little bit of coding on Cosmo Pic ☺️ It’s hard to stay awake while having to avoid light and wearing sunglasses at an airport definitely is weird 😅 But when I’m supposed to sleep for 9 hours straight so the end of being tired is near.

Today is the day 😍 Had to wake up at 2 am due to my Timeshifter plan, which helps me from 3 days in advance to start adopting the timezone change before it occurs! The app is really and helps me to focus on the essentials of light exposure, caffeine intake and sleep. The last 4 times I used it on a long haul flight it worked really good! Now heading to the airport 🛫
