First #visaWOAP burger under my belt.
Hot Gossip from #Foxglove. Reasonably priced*, but no side with it.
Actually a really solid, good burger. Would happily eat as a burger at any time. Held together well and was possible to eat as a burger without cutlery assist.
6.5/10 - would be a great contender with some fries.

Out at Wellington on a plate at Hei restaurant. Looking forward to this evening. The beginning cocktail was nice. The glass of bubbles I ordered afterwards was a small pour for $17 has put a dampener on the evening. #VisaWOAP

The Green Man - Pie Curious
https://visawoap.com/venue/90/burgerHave to say, really damned impressive. Double patty cheeseburger, with the bottom bun a whole arsed steak pie.
Nearly ubiquitous loss of a point for not being able to eat it like a burger. Another point for being utterly gluttonous.
But the pie itself was so damned delicious I had to give that point back again. No CMOT Dibbler "named meat extra" pie. Possibly best pie I've ever eaten.

Pravda - Spicy Peanut

Points for being able to be eaten like a burger, albeit the patty fell apart doing so.
Really nice bap. A mild spice - not reaching a "medium", let alone "kiwi hot" level. Enjoyable. Would eat again. (Less said abpit the noodle fries the better really).

The Waterfront - Prawn to be Wild

But if they kept it on the menu, and had a cheeseburger alternative, I'd probably order the latter in the future.
On the plus side, this is the first one that I've been able to hold in my hands and eat it like a burger.

Hola - Terra Mar
https://visawoap.com/venue/438/burgerThis was great. The shrimp were really tasty. The chorizo burger was not too spicy, but enough to know it was chorizo flavoured. The queso fries were a good counter balance.
The blueberry margarita was... Uninspiring, except for the salt rim that had some chili powder in it, which worked really well.
Would recommend.

Passo - The Flying Porcetta
https://visawoap.com/venue/858/burgerA nice set of Porcetta. Unfortunately was quite dry. I think it could've really benefitted from a serving of pulled pork or similar in there, just to bring some moisture back. It was getting very dry by the end.
The micro mustard was a great addition tho.

Day 2.
Hey Coastie - Coast with the Most
https://visawoap.com/wishlists/-Na8qfemy11pNF5oJbcMA decent kick to the popper (I think this was more an aspect of it hitting the back of my throat wrong), very nice cheese wheel. Smashed patty was done well & the bacon relish good. Accompanying beer went well with cheese, but uninspiring.
Ironically the chips were the stand out aspect tho, DELICIOUS!

Actually, not all that impressed. Was nice. The black beans were good, and the pineapple salsa was actually really great. But as a burger ensemble... It was... Okay.Delivery also took a LONG time - and 3 burgers ordered together, one arrived so far ahead of the others that they'd finished before our burgers arrived.
