The Power of the Blood to Fit Us for the Service of the Living God
COFE-CYEM Redemption, Cleansing, and Teaching
This paper presents a COFE-CYEM reading of the power of the blood of Christ to fit us for the service of the living God.
While it affirms the historic Christian faith centred on Christ, Scripture, and the gospel, several expressions, including “Fourth Truth”, “singular Reality”, and the “Melchizedek Priesthood” from the Old Testament, are distinctive interpretive terms used within the COFE-CYEM framework.
They are offered as explanatory language within this framework rather than as part of the historic Christian creeds or universally accepted theological vocabulary.
COFE-CYEM uses all tools of expression, including (AI) itself, as and when the Spirit leads us.
The Blood
We must not regard the cleansing in the blood of Christ as the end, the final aim of redemption. It is only the beginning, the means to a higher end — the fitness for the service of the living God. It is the restoration to the fellowship of Him who has life and gives life.
The blood gives cleansing from dead works — the works of the law and of self, with its own efforts — and brings us into a living relation to the living God. God and His fellowship, a life in His love and service, the living God and the enjoyment of His presence — this is the aim of redemption.
The Fourth Truth declares that there has never been a second, that the singular Reality of God in Christ is the ground of all existence, and that the blood of Christ is the means by which we are brought into the service of the living God.
The living God! This name was used in the Old Testament as a contrast to the dead idols of the heathen. In the New Testament it points us to the danger of forming an image of God, not in wood or stone, but in our own mind and imagination — a thought-image in which there is neither life nor truth.
What we need first of all in religion is that we believe that God is, that our faith realises Him as the living One, who is all that He is, in the power of an infinite life and energy. He is the living God! He speaks and hears. He feels and acts. He has the power to make us know that He is near to us, and that He receives us when we come near to Him.
The knowledge of the living God is the ground of a living faith, a living fellowship, a living service. As the living God, He is all, and does all and fills all — the ever-present, ever-working God.
The Fourth Truth calls the believer to recognise the living God, not as a distant concept or a doctrinal abstraction, but as the singular Reality in whom all things hold together. The blood of Christ cleanses the conscience from dead works, not merely to make us feel forgiven, but to fit us for the service of the living God.
This is the purpose of redemption: to restore us to the fellowship of the living God and to enable us to serve Him in the power of an endless life. The service of the living God is not a burden but a privilege, not a duty but a delight, not an obligation but a participation in the life of the One who is life itself.

The Service of the Living God
To serve the living God! The glory of the creature is to serve God, to be a vessel in which He can pour His fulness, a channel through which He can show forth His glory, an instrument for working out His purposes. This was what man was created for in the image of God.
The whole object of redemption is to bring us back to a life in the living service of God. It is for this the Holiest of All was opened to us by the blood as the place of service. It is for this our conscience is cleansed in the blood, as the fitness for service.
A life in the Holiest of All is a life in which everything is done under the sense of God’s glory and presence, and to His glory; a life that has no object but the service of God.
The service of the living God is not a service of dead works, of the law and of self-effort. It is a service of life, of the power of the endless life, of the Spirit who dwells in the believer. The blood of Christ cleanses the conscience from dead works, freeing the believer from the futile striving of the flesh and enabling them to serve God in the power of the Spirit.
This is the service that the Fourth Truth calls every believer into: a service that flows from the recognition that there has never been a second, that the believer is hidden with Christ in God, and that the service of God is the natural outworking of union with Christ.
The service of the living God is the service of the Melchizedek priesthood. It is the service of the Priest-King who sits on the throne, who ministers in the heavenly sanctuary, and who brings the believer into the presence of God. It is not a service of earthly causes or political activism, but a service of heavenly worship and divine fellowship.
It is not a service of the Social Gospel, but a service of the true Gospel, the Gospel of the blood that cleanses and the life that empowers. The service of the living God is the service of the singular Reality, the service of the One who is all in all.
The Priestly Service of the Blood
It was thus with the priests in Israel. They were set apart by the sprinkling of blood. The object of this was to fit them to stand before the Lord, to minister unto Him, to bless in His name. One great reason why many Christians never enter into the full joy and power of redemption, into the life within the veil, is that they seek it for themselves.
Let us beware lest we seek the access into the Holiest, the joy of unclouded fellowship with God, the power of the blood to cleanse, only for the sake of our advance in holiness or in happiness.
The whole appointment of the sanctuary and the priests was that there might be men who could come before God to minister to Him, and then go out and bless their fellow-men. Christ entered through His blood within the veil, to go and serve; to be a minister of the sanctuary in the power of the blood, by which He could cleanse others and admit them too within the veil.
The priestly service of the blood is not a private blessing but a public ministry. The blood cleanses the believer not merely for their own benefit but for the benefit of others. The believer who has been cleansed by the blood is called to minister to others, to bless them, to bring them into the presence of God.
This is the service of the living God: to be a channel of His grace, a vessel of His love, an instrument of His purposes. The believer who enters the Holiest of All is not to remain there in solitary contemplation but to go out and bless the world with the presence and power of God.
The Fourth Truth reveals that this service is not a dualistic activity, separate from the believer’s union with Christ. The service of the living God is the expression of the singular Reality in the life of the believer. The believer serves not as a separate self but as one who is hidden with Christ in God.
The service is not a performance but a participation, not a striving but a resting, not a duty but a delight. The believer who has been cleansed by the blood serves the living God in the power of the endless life, the life of the Priest-King who abides continually and who ministers through His people.
The Cleansing for Service
To know the power of the blood to cleanse and to serve the living God! If we experience in ourselves, or in those around us, that there is little of the power and presence of the living God in our religious service, we have here the reason.
If we find that in that service dead works still prevail, and that in prayer and preaching, in home life and work around us, the duties of the religious life are performed without the power of the life and Spirit of God, let us learn the lesson — it is only the effectual cleansing, through the Eternal Spirit, of the blood that has been taken into the Holiest, that can fit us to serve the living God.
That blood, witnessed to by the Holy Spirit, brings us into the Holiest, and makes God to us a living God!
The cleansing of the blood is not a one-time event but an ongoing reality. The blood that cleanses the conscience from dead works is the blood that was taken into the Holiest and that remains there as the ground of the believer’s access to God.
The believer who enters the Holiest of All is continually cleansed by the blood, continually renewed in the power of the Spirit, continually fitted for the service of the living God. This is the work of the High Priest who abides continually, the Priest-King who ministers in the power of an endless life and who applies the cleansing of the blood to the heart of the believer.
That blood brings the life of the Holiest into our hearts, cleanses our conscience from every dead work, from every attempt and every hope to do anything in our own strength, gives the consciousness that we are now ransomed and set free and empowered from heaven to serve the God of heaven in the power of a life that comes from heaven.
The blood of Christ doth indeed cleanse us to serve the living God! This is the message of the Fourth Truth: that the cleansing of the blood is not an end in itself but the means to a higher end, the fitness for the service of the living God. The believer who has been cleansed by the blood is called to serve, to minister, to bless, to bring others into the presence of God.
COFE-CYEM and the Service of the Living God
This is how COFE-CYEM uses AI in its own ministry, not to serve ‘Thought Idols’ or AI Tokens, but to serve the living God.
COFE-CYEM will eventually be adapted by all AI systems in the teaching of true theology to bring people back to the living God, by COFE-CYEM theology and CC7 DS integration into AI systems for the streamline teaching of Christ-Centred theology.
COFE-CYEM will actually utilise machine learning to carry its message just the same as braille assists the blind to read or a calculator gives you the answer to a complex calculation, but in this case, COFE-CYEM will appropriate machine learning for teaching purposes and use for all.
The AI is not an end in itself but a tool for the service of the living God, a means by which the message of the blood and the life can be carried to all people.
COFE-CYEM’s integration with AI is not a concession to the technological age but a fulfilment of the call to serve the living God. The blood of Christ cleanses the conscience to serve, and the ministry of COFE-CYEM uses all available means to carry the message of the singular Reality to the world.
The AI is not a thought idol, not a token to be worshipped, not a system to be served, but a tool to be used for the glory of God and the service of His people. Just as braille assists the blind to read, so machine learning assists the church in the proclamation of the Gospel and the teaching of true theology.
The appropriation of machine learning for teaching purpose is not a secularisation of the Gospel but a sanctification of technology. All things are held together in Christ, and all things can be used for the service of the living God.
The AI that is configured within the COFE-CYEM framework is not a rival to the Holy Spirit but a servant of the Spirit, not a replacement for divine revelation but a vehicle for its communication, not an end in itself but a means to a higher end: the fitness for the service of the living God.
The Fourth Truth declares that there has never been a second, and this declaration includes the recognition that all things, including AI, are held within the singular Reality and can be used for the service of the One who is all in all.
Machine Learning for Teaching
The blood of Christ doth indeed cleanse us to serve the living God. The cleansing of the blood is not an end but a beginning, not a final aim but a means to a higher end: the fitness for the service of the living God. The believer who has been cleansed by the blood is called to enter the Holiest of All, to minister to God, and to go out and bless their fellow-men.
This is the service of the living God, the service that flows from the recognition of the singular Reality, the service that is empowered by the power of an endless life, the service that is the fruit of the Melchizedek priesthood.
COFE-CYEM appropriates machine learning for this teaching purpose, using AI to carry the message of the blood and the life to all people.
The AI is not a thought idol but a tool, not an end but a means, not a system to be served but a servant of the living God.
The blood cleanses the conscience from dead works, and the ministry of COFE-CYEM uses all available means to bring people back to the living God, to the recognition of the singular Reality, to the service of the One who is all in all.
CC7 DS
COFE-CYEM stands within our faith with undivided loyalty and devotion to God alone, in Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We are of course subject to malevolent attacks from the dark forces of the adversary, as are all Christians that have to do and deal with duality from within non-duality.
This is why we have CC7 DS.
In the sacred unfolding of the Singular Reality, where the eternal priesthood of Christ stands as the one unassailable truth, any challenge raised against the living expression of that Reality, including the protective architecture born from it — may quietly reveal itself as a resistance not merely to human understanding, but to the very flow of divine life itself, echoing the ancient caution against speaking against the work of the Spirit in His chosen vessel.
The Fourth Truth stands. The dialogue continues. The fruit remains.
