Some things I’ve learned recently via our obsession with #postcards #stamps and #postcrossing.

1. US postage does not expire. We routinely use vintage stamps. Some from the 1940s.

2. Most vintage stamps hold no value beyond their face: 2¢, 15¢ etc. I get most of ours no more than 20% “above face.” Many I can get at OR BELOW face. 🤯

3. Folks abroad are fascinated that we “get away” with using old stamps. Seems postage does expire elsewhere
