Killer AKA Passion Killer, a 1965 sleaze/noir novel by Robert Silverberg (as Don Elliott). A man hires a hitman to kill his wife. Emotional and sexual betrayals follow. As sleaze it's good; as noir fiction it's OK. Has a good femme fatale.

Orrie Hitt’s 1957 novel Trailer Tramp falls into the trailer camp sleaze sub-genre. Sex and sin in trailer camps adding up to trouble. Hitt was a genius at combining sleaze and noir. This book has both although he certainly wrote better books.

Florence Stonebreaker's Reno Tramp is a salacious sex and sin pulp novel from 1950. Sex is a deadly weapon but for Brenda it’s as dangerous to herself as to the men whose paths she crosses. Very sleazy and very trashy but in a good way.

Ogden Fox’s Hamburg After Dark, part of a series of 1960s non-fiction sex and sin exposés focusing on the raunchy night-life of European cities. A shocking glimpse of reality, or maybe the author just made it all up. Oddly amusing either way.

A Gun for Honey was published 1958. Busty hardboiled girl PI Honey West (who packs a rod and never wears a bra) is after a psycho who kisses girls to death. The mystery plot is solid. Sleazy, perverse, trashy, amusing, entertaining, delightful.

Dell Holland's The Far Out Ones, published 1963, combines sleaze and beatniks although beatniks play a rather small role. it's genuinely amusing, pleasingly crazy and frenetic, and very sleazy. A cheerfully amoral good-natured feel-good story.

Lawrence Block's Campus Tramp, one of his early sleaze novels written 1959 under the name Andrew Shaw. When love goes wrong a college girl devotes her life to sleeping around. Not a great book but intriguing when you read between the lines.

A Diet of Treacle (AKA Pads Are for Passion) by Lawrence Block writing as Sheldon Lord was marketed as sleaze but is really beatnik noir. A very dark look at beatnik subculture, with three beatnik losers on the run. Offbeat but intriguing.

Have Nude, Will Travel, published 1962 under the pseudonym Clyde Allison, is typical of William Knoles' crazy sexy comic romps. Nobody did this stuff better. This one's about a pilot masquerading as a soldier of fortune. Clever and very funny.
