If I recall correctly, Reynolds revealed that she had leaked to the media, confidential information obtained as part of the legal discovery process. Her justification was that she felt offended by something done by or on behalf of Higgins.Apparently, what Reynolds did is not illegal. It should be. At the very least, it reflects Reynolds' character.
