Sometimes all you get is a tooth of an animal from a particular area or context within an excavation. Like this canine tooth, Dog#6 Newtown, Co. Dublin, Ireland. Excavated by IAC Archaeology. But we can gain so much info even from one tooth - date, diet, origins etc. #VikingDogs #vikingdublindogs
