As someone who is every day in multiple video conferences I'm always surprised that hardly any tool is able to create user friendly invitations. Most of the time I get a wall of text in the meeting description, often with multiple links, and than I have to search for the right link to join the meeting.
The link to the meeting belongs to the "location" field! The description is for additional information such as the meeting agenda.
This is one of many reasons why I appreciate invitations via Nextcloud Talk so much. It is one of the few tools that does this correctly.

I am so, so, so tired of #hybrid #videoconferences where the audio is terrible, the camera angles are terrible, the lighting is terrible, and the level of competence at running hybrid events is terrible.
Remember: the cognitive load you place on online participants from poor audio is enormous, and it detracts from the messages you are attempting to convey.
If you are serious about #WFH and about #hybrid, you MUST get better at hybrid #videoconf.

Jag har själv kört Jitsi Meet rätt mycket. Tycker det funkar okej men videon brukar frysa rätt ofta.

Our concurrent user count just surpassed three times our previous record.
We are setting up new #BigBlueButton servers, having already added four over the weekend.

@Gina have you tried #BigBlueButton yet? We use it to run our service and people regularly do #videoconferences with up to 200 people (however not with everybody using video at the same time). It also has an integrated chat, pad and presentation view, so has a similar feature set to many proprietary solutions. You can test it without registration at https://senfcall.de/en/.
