I don’t think banning third-party Twitter clients was a good idea. A lot of “content creators” on Twitter relied heavily on these clients, which means that these tweets are now gone, which could drive overall engagement down. #viciouscircle

So, I was supposed to have a doctor’s visit last week to renew the prescriptions for my ADHD meds. Except that in a cold snap a few weeks ago, they had a burst water pipe in their office and had to cancel everybody’s appointments, and asked them to call and reschedule. Except I keep forgetting to call and reschedule. Because I have ADHD, and I’m out of meds. #ViciousCircle #ADHD #neurodivergent
