"Get Outta My Dreams, Get into My Car" is a song by the Trinidadian-British singer #BillyOcean, based on a line in the #ShermanBrothers' song "#YoureSixteen". It was released as the first single from Ocean's seventh studio album #TearDownTheseWalls (1988). Part of its popularity lay in its cutting-edge (for the time) #musicVideo, which features animation mixed with live-action sequences. The saxophone solo is performed by #VernonJeffreySmith.
