"My Moon My Man" is the first single off Canadian singer-songwriter #Feist's album #TheReminder (2007). The song was co-written by Feist and songwriter #ChillyGonzales. "My Moon My Man" was used in a #VerizonWireless #LGChocolate commercial, and featured in the #GreysAnatomy episode "#LetTheTruthSting". The song was played almost in its entirety in the #HeatedRivalry episode "#Rose" for the montage at its beginning.

Another expert witness service company tried to add me to their stable this week. I always decline, because their contracts are too restrictive. I wrote in my reply today, “I won’t be signing a contract with [name redacted]. I don’t sign non-compete agreements of any kind. I always reserve the right to market to anyone, anywhere, anytime.”

The expert witness “matchmaking” companies include contract language that prohibits you from contacting the client for additional business. That client is off limits unless you go through their service. Excuse me, but they’re not on the management team at FIFO Networks, and they don’t get to decide who I can and can’t negotiate new contracts with.

So – if you’re a North American telecom carrier, wired or wireless, and you need an expert witness with experience and knowledge in the engineering and buildout of telecommunications infrastructure, I’m here for you. Note that my expertise is in system development, with only tangential knowledge of the regulatory environment. I’m not the legal expert, I’m the system expert.
