Verge Motorcycles begins retail rollout in the US

We ran into Verge Motorcycles at CES 2024 and what we saw was pretty fantastic. The company's bikes just look outstanding and now they are starting to come to the United States.

I've been following these folks with great interest, going as far as putting down a deposit. Tossing out the traditional chain or belt drive and placing the motor into the rear wheel rim is an exotic engineering decision - here's to hoping it turns out to be a good one!

It's been funny to see the armchair engineers on the Internet complain about how difficult rear tire changes must be (it isn't), or how terrible all that unsprung weight must be (no reviews have mentioned any issues here).
