Nutty Miso soup
Today's #veganuary lunch (which I am about to make) is an #oilfree version of a soup I was served in a flat in Stoke-on-Trent, England, in the '70s by my #vegan brother and his wife and partridge (yes, really). I was visiting them with my small daughter and it was freezing weather, so this soup really hit the spot. The recipe, should you decide to try this delicious soup, is in my next post (I think I can make this work).

Sweet & Spicy Crispy Airfried Tofu and Cauliflower.
Today I am serving one of my favourite meals.It has a lovely crispy texture with a spicy sweet sauce.I serve it over quinoa and water sauteed Pak Choy, sprinkled with sesame seeds.It's easy to make and well worth it even if you are cooking for 1 as when I first tried it.
