  2. Day 15 of my cleanse! Still going strong. We are out over the weekend and I still didn’t cheat. But it’s not easy finding meals that’s not meat or fried when eating out. This was dinner yesterday. Smoked cabbage, acorn squash, Brussel sprouts and green beans.   3. Day 9 of #fasting and #cleanse is still going strong. I made broccoli soup with coconut cream instead of dairy. I also made smoked cabbage, pineapple sea bass, air fried squash & mushrooms. For dessert we had dragon fruit mixed with pineapple juice & peaches with fruit, almond’s & walnuts.   4. Cleanse day 8. Still feeling energized. I’m sure the supplements are helping with my energy. Water intake has improved as well as I’m sleeping better. Today’s lunch was at a Mexican restaurant for a work meeting. I’m proud of myself for not eating any of the chips.   5. Still doing good on my cleanse on day 7. Today I made air fried eggplant and carrots with avocado and salmon.   6. I did it. I made butternut squash spaghetti fries in my air fryer. I coated them in light olive oil and garlic salt. It cooked 10 min on 350 degrees and it was absolutely delicious!!! I will be making this again.
