First weekend off in ages. So Eduardo and I went out for afternoon tea in the Heritage Hotel in Portarlington, Laois . All vegan, even the feta cheese was plant based.

Bought this on a whim yesterday at a local Arabic market, definitely going to have to recreate it. It has kale, walnuts, almonds, sweet red pepper, tomato, dried cranberries, dates, olive oil and lemon. So good! #Vegan #VeganFood #Salad #HealthyFood #VeganLunch
