    My non-vegan friend told me that he's thinking about eating more beef to bulk up 😩 I've decided to bulk up myself, on a vegan diet, and I've not felt hunger all week. My favourite time of the day is after dinner, as I can finally stop eating until breakfast 😅

  7. who´s up for a calisthenics challenge here in Fediverse? i can also call it a yoga challenge as the poses are used in both.
    I want to improve my L-sit and Tuck Planche (Lolasana) by doing approximately one month challenge but it´s a lot more fun if somebody else join, and the more people the better!
    I´m thinking about planning everyday short video drill or a fun but helping pose variation. Good to start from a scratch and good to improve if you have already nailed the poses.
    What do you think?

    ​We will focus on functional stretching meaning that you will be able to raise your leg not only with a hand but using your muscles also! This mean some quite intense muscle activation. We´ll do both active and deep passive stretches.
    Stretching itself will improve quality of your muscle tissues.
    Besides, you get older by losing your muscles and flexibility, so let´s stop the process and stay young as long as possible!

    ​We start November 1st from 30 mins stretching and muscle activation for the back and continue every Fridays till the end of December.

    i´m not doing new workouts online lately as all the big stress from several previous months and the grief completely kicked me off. I don´t feel good psychologically and physically.
    I know I´m not the only one dealing with stress, depression and grief at these times.

    .
    There are two things I also know - falling apart is not a solution and during a workout I can disconnect from all the external world and all the problems.
    Probably not during relaxing sessions, but the ones where you have to work and concentrate.

    .
    So no relaxing sessions. Nothing restorative. just something that will pump all the thoughts out.

    As I have not been training enough for half a year I feel myself on the beginner level. so I decided it´s time to make a workout plan for beginners, for a month. with additional options for all levels.
    Something like 3 or 4 short online sessions per week, approximately 20-minutes each of strength training, yoga and stretching.
    Motivation and finding a wish to start is the hardest thing.

    Would somebody else would like to join? to start strength and flexibility training from a scratch? Let me know, please. This would be the motivation for me.

    Dreaming of the day that #whatsapp groupchats have even a fraction of the content warning tools that #mastodon has.

    Folk in my #gym groupchat keep posting images of their steaks and bacon breakfasts. I love seeing how happy you are with the brownness of your corpses. Very tempted to reply with some harsh truths and #vegan memes, maybe a link to Dominion.

    I'd love to find more #veganfitness groups, but #veganrunners only use facebook.
