I managed to get these pics this morning. This is the groundhog that lives under our shed in the backyard. He’s been dubbed “The Professor.” He’s very difficult to get pictures of cuz he’s super skittish.

They’re always paired with valiant story

An animal in civilization,
The human builds his habitation
And throws out half of what he eats.
That’s why I thrive in urban streets
