Wow, the #Varjo Aero is now sold at a 25% discount, until the end of August. I have long been drooling over the Aero, for use in Microsoft #FlightSimulator. (I currently have the HP Reverb G2 which doesn't quite satisfy me, for instance my IPD is 72 mm and it only goes to 68.)
I suspect that means that a follow-up model to the Aero will appear before the end of the year, and one should wait for that? Or should I just ignore that risk... decisions, decisions.

Has anyone tried using one of the higher resolution #VR headsets as monitor replacements for work?
I've seen a few people try to use the quest pro for this and while the lenses seem great the resolution seems awful for reading text and multiple windows.
Thinks like the #pimax 8k and #varjo higher res ones look far more applicable but I don't fancy punting to try it given the prices 😂
