Journée visite des îles de la Lagune de Venise !
Départ assez tôt le matin en Vaporetto depuis Venise vers Torcello avec escale à Murano.
Pour les tickets j'ai pris le Pass 1 Journée illimité (25€) avec l'app "AVM Venezia", suffit ensuite de scanner le code-barre sur chaque borne.
Je conseille de commencer par Torcello et de partir assez tôt (arrivée vers 10h). -

The vaporetto (water bus) in Venice, Italy has a schematic map like a subway map.
Indeed, there are strong similarities in colours / fonts / icons to the iconic New York City subway map(s)…
It would be an amazing job, seeing that city from the water every day, and yes, I am romanticizing it of course!
(I had the pleasure of spending most of a Sunday every week in Venice for an Italian winter, as we transferred clients to and from the Dolomites, such an amazing, rich city!)

Watching #CliveMyrie in #Venice on the #BBC and I’m already moaning when he said “The only way to get around is on the water.” It is brilliant exploring Venice on foot, and just getting effortlessly lost. And so much emphasis in the programme on #gondolas. Over rated and expensive! #Vaporetti are more fun 😜 But otherwise enjoying it.
