Valentine’s Day (as parents). We cooked “lovetons” as a family this evening (homemade veggie and tofu dumplings) as requested by my son. Who, being only 9, then filled up on other things and only ate one.
To use up the pack of store bought wrappers (we used gyoza wrappers today, wonton wrappers last year) I macerated farmers market strawberries with some lemon from a friend’s tree and some raw sugar and used that as the filling. Result is yummy. (But not very photogenic)

Decided to treat myself and ordered a #vegan heart shaped pizza for dinner tonight!
It was fantastic.
It came topped with just vegan cheese but I decided to spice it up and added fake chicken to it. Which was a solid and delicious decision. 😁
