Went for a walk downtown at lunch. Passed 3 different coffee shops. Got back to the office and rewarded myself with a nice V60 pour over. I deserved it. ☕

If your a #coffee person this is great great fun 24 different coffee from 12 top tier roasters . I enjoyed 22/24 and it was a fabulous experience.

In no way affiliated and I paid a crapton more due to import fees and shipping but will definitely be doing it again.

I think I stabilized a simple base recipe for my #coffee routine with a #V60Switch, what do you think?

Grind coarse.

Ratio 1:16

Soft water, temp: 92°C - preheat V60

Bloom: 3 times the coffee mass, absolutely no turbulence (I use a spoon to break the flow) - locked #V60, 45 seconds

Open the switch until empty, lock again

Fill up to the ratio, still no turbulence

Open the switch a little from time to time, aim for coffee complete at 2:00 or 2:30 in order to renew the solvent in the coffee.

Od jakiegoś czasu luzowałem sobie kawowe przepisy, czas trochę na oko (aż się przeleje część wody), nie bawiłem się z ustawieniami młynka itp., nawet mieliłem ziarna na kilka dni do przodu.
Aż tu nagle zmienił się skład żywieckiego kryształu i jakoś tak wyszło, że mieszam minerały w wodzie destylowanej 😂
Szkoda że wcześniej nie próbowałem, bo jest to prostsze niż myślałem a efekt jest bardzo przyjemny.
