Después de añísimos vuelvo a jugar con un chicO.
XDxD estoy exultante! El personaje me gusta muchísimo (aunque las tiradas hoy han sido horribles, salvo un crítico bestial) y me lo he pasado increíble.
Con Katie fue otro rollo, le tengo cariño y fué muy buen personaje pero yo no terminaba de estar suelta.
Con Cuervo me he notado más interpretativa.
Entendedme, no era culpa de Katie ni de la mesa, son mis mierdas.

#WoD 5th edition is heading in an interesting direction.

Vampire is by far the most popular game. They evolved #V5 and made it the best it has ever been, but it is thematically the same.

And then you get a super contemporary pivot. Hunter #H5 becomes a metaphor for desperate worker class struggle. Werewolf #W5 becomes (barely) a metaphor for global anti-capitalist struggle. I strongly believe Mage will focus on disinformation and war on facts.

WoD is the most relevant game world ever, really.

I made a #vtm Vampire the Masquerade #V5 #Malkavian Clan live wallpaper. I feel great, and it's always been my favorite clan.

@grislyeye While we're here: there's too much #MonsterMash for my liking in *each book alone*. I was just trying to articulate this in an extremely past-my-bedtime thread, last night, but the gist is that the game #V5 prepares Storytellers to run is, like, 99% intra-Masquerade intrigue which, to me, tastes like a burger made of ketchup. Or maybe a sloppy joe. I love the tangy sweetness of Kindred, but my buds are oversaturated sans a nice, thick, grilled patty of Kine society to flesh it out.

The #V5 #VtM book is not helping me prepare for my our chronicle. Perusing its pages on "City" and "Chronicle" are not assuaging my anxiety. I think the issue is that the Masquerade setting seems to comprised almost exclusively vampires. The villains are vampires, the patrons are vampires, the ambiguously ambivalent foils are vampires. It's a predominantly self-supported setting over which kine society merely casts the odd novel hue.

It's truly creative and diverting, but it's not helping me.

In other news, I came to a realization last night about why the 5th ed #WorldOfDarkness games ... are kind of shit.

(Well, apart from the guys in charge being racist d-bags).

Namely, #V5 and #W5 are really focused on "You have to play the game THIS WAY, or you are DOING IT WRONG." With 'this way' being a local, small-scale game of personal horror.

@LeviKornelsen I prefer people interested in discussion or sharing experiences over commercial advertisement accounts.

Over the years, I've seen a lot of vampire-related products that draw on White Wolf's Vampire trade dress.

But this streaming thumbnail for an old 70s movie is the first time I've seen that for V5.

DCITY, as we called it in development, is the single most useful book on urban stories for *any* version of the franchise.
