  1. My fellow content designers and strategists frequently claim that AI can't create empathetic, trauma-informed content. As someone who's spent years building these exact services, I've got to call this out. #ContentDesign #AI #DigitalEmpathy #MentalHealth #UXWriting #AI #Technology #ContentStrategy 🧵

  2. @matthew_d_green I’d throw in the Wi-Fi vs Cellular alert in @overcastfm — it makes me think, every time.

It shouldn’t be about allowing cellular, that’s not the desired outcome. In this situation, the user either wants to download immediately or later when on Wi-Fi.

    A better alert would be:

    Title:
    Download “[EpisodeTitle]” Using Cellular Data?

    Infotext:
The download size is [EpisodeSize] MB. Using data over a cellular network may incur additional fees.

    Buttons:
    Later on Wi-Fi (secondary)
    Download (primary)
