When working with #microcopy for an interface or website, how do you collaborate with developers or designers? Where do you keep the strings of text so that it’s clear what each one is for without bogging it down?

Longer content is a bit easier in some ways, but how do you manage microcopy?

Hi 👋, I’m Lily. I am primarily an interface #writer with an academic background in #rhetoric, #technicalcommunications, and #linguistics. I currently develop a support #conversational AI bot for a large company. I also work in #contentstrategy and #UXwriting for that same team.

Earlier this year, I completed a Master’s thesis on #empathy in conversational AI and continue self-guided research on empathy and emotion in #AI, as well as #ethics.

Just to mention I’m available for #ContentDesign and #ContentStrategy projects and roles, as well as #UXWriting, #ContentManagement and #WebEditing.

Am experienced in user research for content, pair writing with stakeholders, multi-disciplinary teamwork and Agile.
