You're called individual contributor but you cannot do things on your own. Great products or features are made by teams where all things come together and as an individual you're an important part of it.

Simple but effective ways to conduct user research:
- Participate as a silent observer in onboarding or training sessions for users.
- Schedule a user interview every now and then and get a 20-minute explanation of how a user uses the product and where they have difficulties.
- Use the feedback from the customer success team.

Back home after an amazing #workation week with temperatures far below 0°C, but lots of sun, lots of cross-country skiing and lots of work.
Started the day back home with a 10k run and enjoyed 6°C and the warming sun around Sion. ☀️🏃♀️

After two days of snow sun will come back today. ☀️ And for the first time since weeks it really looks like winter. ☃️
Hopefully I can make some time in the afternoon to enjoy sun, snow and views outside. But first have to tick off some points on my to-do list. So grabbing another coffee and diving deep into UX.

The day went better than expected. Bad weather turned into lots of snow ☃️, and my spontaneous trip to the office 🚌 this afternoon ended up in an extremely productive design session with amazingly good coffee ☕️

Last working day of the week. Tasks on my list: Sprint retrospective, finalizing a high-fidelity design for a specific feature, sketching/wireframing for the next part of the app. Hopefully motivated enough for running and working on the pitch for a personal project I currently work on... and all the other small things that come in during an average day.
