Hold up.... The US government is now directly taking control of corporations?
Being from the Pittsburgh area I love to see the investment being made and I understand the concerns of selling outright to a foreign company so requiring American control makes sense.... But giving the US government direct control of the board? Feels like some Project 2025 bullshit -- but maybe I'm missing something?
