Was das für rechtliche Auswirkungen haben kann, habe ich in einem kurzen Beitrag versucht zu erhellen.
Zusammengefasst: solange nur eine Organisation, selbst wenn es diese nicht geben sollte, gelistet ist, sind unmittelbare Folgen für Einzelpersonen nicht konkret zu befürchten. Sollten jedoch Personen namentlich gelistet werden, können die Folgen wirtschaftlich und persönlich erheblich sein.
