Perhaps it's because they're in #creditcarddebt up to their ears and have no money to 'go out'? Considering credit card debt just made a new record at ELEVEN TRILLION DOLLARS plus. I've noticed in my tourist/college town only Friday nights are busy downtown and it's been that way for some time. At xmas time people DO NOT HAVE 'arms full of gift packages' when shopping... #USSociety
