Tipp: Eine User Story ist kein Anforderungsdokument. Sie ist ein Versprechen für ein Gespräch.
Sie beschreibt das Problem des Nutzers (Was/Warum), nicht die fertige Lösung (Wie). Das erzwingt den Dialog und nutzt die Klugheit des Teams, um die beste Lösung zu finden, statt nur einen Plan abzuarbeiten.

Die #userstory war das Versprechen, #Produktentwicklung aus Benutzersicht zu denken. Und in vielen agilen Arbeitsmodellen ist die Userstory ein zentraler Bestandteil.
Der "agile Backslash" könnte auch damit zu tun haben, das wir im Zeitalter der Enshittification angekommen sind. Statt Benutzerorientierung gibt es Gewinnmaximierung, künstliche Obsoleszenz, Privacy Violation, ... Die ehemaligen Posterboys (Amazon, Spotify, Google, Tesla, ...) sind längst zu Bad Boys geworden. #agile #agileparty
