CW: Article: The secret API I used to tell LeShuttle about different outbound and return passengers
Channel Tunnel operator LeShuttle's website wouldn't provide a working UI to specify that I'd have different passengers in my car for the outbound and return journeys. So, obviously, I reverse-engineered their API and pushed the information to their database directly.

La scurt timp după succesul iterațiilor anterioare din seria 6, dezvoltatorii au oferit detalii solide despre viitoarea versiune majoră: KDE Plasma 6.8.
Cuvântul de ordine pentru acest nou release este fluiditatea. Echipa s-a concentrat masiv pe rescrierea unor componente interne din managerul de ferestre KWin pentru a livra o experiență vizuală net superioară, eliminând micile sacadări (micro-stuttering) raportate uneori pe monitoarele cu rate de reîmprospătare ridicate (high refresh rate).
Iată principalele noutăți și promisiuni din KDE Plasma 6.8:
🔹 Animații redesenate și timpi de răspuns îmbunătățiți:
Marea noutate din Plasma 6.8 este implementarea unui nou algoritm de sincronizare pentru animații. Tranzițiile la deschiderea/închiderea ferestrelor, efectele de tip Overview (previzualizarea spațiilor de lucru) și redimensionările sunt acum mult mai legate și mai naturale. Sistemul anticipează mai bine cadrele randate, oferind acea senzație de fluiditate extremă, comparabilă cu sistemele de operare comerciale de top.🔹 Wayland primește finisaje de top:
Plasma 6.8 continuă procesul de perfecționare a sesiunii Wayland, care este deja implicită în distribuțiile moderne.
