What's going on with the hashtags...it just won't accept the Turkish language in the hashtags so it transforms them into roman latin or what it's called?

I felt sure that I had added the hashtags with Turkish, was I wrong?

Ok, in the end I also added the commons thing through Multilingual sites as "Category:Uşaklı (surname)".
