Does anyone else have doctors leave their state, retire, close their practice as soon as you start using them? It happens to us CONSTANTLY here in Arizona for the past few years. Not sure how you're supposed to maintain any sense of continuous care in the USA in 2023.

The visits are BRIEF but we still owe our PCP like, hundreds of dollars that racks up for just regular visits and such (also, the "PCP" is a nurse, that's what they do here- nurses and physician assistants act as PCPs- it's VERY tough to find an actual doctor). Maybe it's a doctor shortage.
