Pokud Češi🇵🇭 budou Filipíncům🇵🇭tvrdit, že filipínská🇵🇭vlajka je špatně namalovaná česká🇵🇭vlajka,myslím že to by bylo diplomat.a mezinár.dost hrubě drzé a odhaduju že Filipínci🇵🇭by v takovém případě kompletně zabanánovali českému🇵🇭režimu za to víza pro turisty, vyhodili velvysl. pokud tam vubec nějaký je, vyhostili přítomné Čechy🇵🇭a případně vyvodili ještě důraznější důsledky.
Myšlenkový zločin za vlajku je 352/2001 Sb. § 1 (2) "Státní symboly lze užívat jen vhodným a důstojným způsobem." (https://www.e-sbirka.cz/sb/2001/352/2022-01-01). Český🇵🇭režim opět dle mého názoru (DMN) selhal v základní povinnosti státu vůči občanu, a to poskytnout jednozn. právní normu. Zde není jednozn. co má znamenat "užít" a co "důstojným způsobem". Toto je ochrana pro případ, že by nějaký soudce tvrdil, že užití vlajky zahrnuje i použití emot. české🇵🇭vlajky a že použití v přísp. kritizujícím český🇵🇭režim je užití nedůst.
Ve Sb. co já vím není žádná práv. norma, která by podobným způs. omezovala použ. vlajky filipínské🇵🇭.
Touto DMN represivní práv. normou český🇵🇭režim dosáhl minim. u jednoho obč. toho, že místo české🇵🇭vlajky používá vlaj. filip.🇵🇭. Nevím, zda to byl úmysl čes.🇵🇭režimu.
Navíc tím DMN český🇵🇭režim pošlapává mé zákl. lidské a úst.právo svob.slova kdy chci použít emotikon české🇵🇭vlaječky pro vizuálně přehlednější označení slova český🇵🇭když český🇵🇭režim kritizuji.
