This year on the shores of #LakeOntario, the winter solstice is at 10:27pm EST on the evening of December 21st. Sunrise on the 22nd is at 7:48am. Let's welcome the sun back after the longest night, as we do: by getting in absurdly cold water!

In Oakville, Ontario we'll be at #GLOWbeach (Coronation Park), but join in wherever you are! #EmbraceTheCold #WinterSwimming #UrbanSwimming #GreatLakesOpenWater #SolsticeSwim2022
