    January 2022 - After 4 months of demolition, plumbing, electrical and carpentry done by several people including moi in our spare time, yay the drywall, taping and wall mudding proceeds!

    Back in September 2021, the apartment building I live in gave me a 'new' apartment to renovate and live in. It was basically in unlivable condition and had been vacant a couple years.

    Some Peregrine Falcon pics my next door neighbor, a fairly serious birder, took. They have a nest near the roof of the 6 story building across the street from me. The other day I watched them grab a pigeon in mid air. The pigeons on the block are not happy...

    Later in 2024, this church was instrumental in defeating the rezoning for transitional housing. Gentrifying for the white Jesus. Stay on the streets where you belong, and somewhere else...
