There have been people calling to boycott #UpinIpin ‘s upcoming game and I’m all for it lol. Honestly, let that fucking mid ‘brand’ made by some junk ass company die. If you just can’t help yourself and wanna play a game starring these two bald kids - pirate it.
As far as Malaysian-made games go, there have been some indie devs making strides that deserve a lot more of these hype/support - including Cellar Vault Games and Mike Ten.
TLDR; The studio behind the game, Streamline Studios, is problematic. The company behind the animated series that the game is based on, Les' Copaque Production, is also problematic. Match made in heaven.
