If a system simply works as designed, there is no need for support. That’s what I prefer. However, on the extremely rare occasions an issue does arise, it is dealt with efficiently and resolved permanently to ensure it does not reappear. #UpCloud #VPS #hosting #support @upcloud

Following up on timekeeping: your documentation recommends using NTP on cloud servers to manage clock drift. To implement this optimally, does UpCloud provide internal NTP servers for clients to use within each data center? Using a local source would be ideal to avoid the latency and jitter of public NTP pools.If so, could you share the hostnames for the Helsinki data center? Thanks! #NTP #UpCloud
