#UOP (University of Phoenix) is IMHO a clownish degree mill, clowns (as a teen, I worked in one of their 'campus' textbook stores and got to see how the umbrella company ran things) who pretty much fleece their students on hope trying to position it as akin to getting a degree from a UC or similar.
It was sad because they actually had some great faculty, but their business is trash, hence why I'm not surprised this ad on Reddit had commenting turned off

Brubeck graduated from UOP (then called the College of the Pacific) in 1938. One of his earliest albums is a recording of a concert performed there on 12/14/1953 -- 70 years ago!.
