After some researchs, I found we can't have a free #unrar application. Because utility for rar archives aren't free software and according to its license we can't recreate the RAR compression algorithm based on its code. Even p7zip-rar is non-free.
I don't know how we have some packages like unrar-free or unar in #debian repository. Maybe I misunderstood this licensing problem! -
