I am coming to the realisation that LLM programs propagate emojis. Emojis at the beginning of each subtitle, paragraph, line, must be a marker of AI – especially when such text accompanies nonsensical illustrative graphics, like the above.

I don't want to waste time on accounts that disrespect potential followers/ readers by firehosing AI slop all over their timelines.

I am going to begin blocking accounts that behave in this way.

I've just noticed that one of my latest reports to the UTC has been damaged/defaced once again, thanks to the new "infamous" Unicode Contact form.

It seems impossible to quote lines from Unicode data files if they happen to contain strings between angular brackets '<' and '>' which are then automatically stripped out, like if they were unrecognized HTML tags.

This part of my report becomes pointless and incomprehensible then... Pathetic!

Today, after a #job #interview panel I had a 1-on-1 with the head of HR. We talked about transitioning there, DEI there and at my current work, leadership training, etc and then she straight up asks me if I have kids. #awkward

What were they thinking of? Drawing attention to themselves, & their extremely poor behaviour, so unprofessional - for goodness sake: at least one of them - caught on camera - was a thief! Try to wrap your head around that!! A law enforcement officer stole money from the man! On camera!! 🤬😤😐

The Mastodon devs/company have not earned friends from this behaviour.

Companies, governments, professional orgs, media, etc that are starting to stand up official instances are *#pissed* about this kind of #unprofessional, #inconsiderate security release timing. If their #IT people say "I don't want to be wondering if my weekend/holiday is gonna get screwed up five times a year with this crap", drop Mastodon as a result, and just use Twitter/BlueSky, how's that help #fedi?
