  1. Our internship program is one of the most intensive things we do, and each student who participates (all paid, thanks to generous private support!) gets a lot out of it, with real, hands-on experiential learning in fields they want to pursue. But don’t take it from us. Here are some of their thoughts.

  2. We used to write a blog post at the end of every semester celebrating our interns. It was lovely to appreciate their work and find nice things to say about them. But when we shifted to letting THEM talk about their work and their experience, the post became much more powerful. Here they are, writing about what they got out of their internships and the different things they learned. ❤️

  3. Just before Thanksgiving, our Intro to Museum Studies students organized their own pop-up exhibition focusing on portraits from our collection. Because it was only up for three days, we put it online so that everyone can see their hard work. georgiamuseum.org/online-exhib

  5. Inside the anatomical theatre at Museum Gustavianum in Uppsala, Sweden. This is a reconstruction that was built approximately 100 years ago; the original was built in the 1600s and probably quite similar to this, since drawings and descriptions were still available.
