Announced today: Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP) will help families with income < $70K; services covered: cleaning, exams, x-rays, fillings, crowns, dentures, root canal, extractions (implants not covered). Families under $90K will be subsidized. Expected to help 9 million (of 39m) Canadians.
