    Clive Palmer tried to re-register the name United Australia Party for the upcoming federal election, but it was rejected because he had deregistered it this election cycle. He did that as a cost-saving exercise, leaving Senator Babbit out in the cold.

    Palmer took the argument to the High Court and lost. Now he has to pay costs. LOL. He can't skip out on that like he does with paying his workers.

    He can, of course, register under a new name, but the lack of name recognition amongst the illiterati will hurt him.
